Noctowl is a grumpy guy, so when little baby Pichu was running around and couldn't control her Spark attack and kept hitting him with it, well...he thought it would get her to leave him alone if he ripped off the head of her favorite Aurorus doll.
He understands she wasn't doing it on purpose now, but still, shame on you Noctowl!
At least my Espeon is nice enough to sew the doll's head back on for Pichu. She's getting an extra PokePuff for that!
